The estimated delivery time for orders is between four (4) and five (5) business days from the moment that the order is processed and shipped to the carrier. We do everything possible to meet the estimated delivery period, although in case of any inconvenience that we may be aware of, we will inform the client via email or telephone about any circumstance that may affect the usual delivery time.
Each order is carefully prepared and delivered to the shipping company one day per week, unless otherwise indicated.

All prints are signed by hand and marked with an embossing stamp representing the logo of a small bird.
Packaging is chosen to give the best protection to the item and to minimalize its environmental impact.
All materials are responsibly selected to be recycled, recyclable and reusable as much as possible and handy stamps are used to personalize envelopes without need of further printing process.
When the parcel is collected, the Customer must carefully verify that the number and type of item(s) delivered matchs to the order and that the object(s) come in good conditions.
In case of errors in the delivery or in case of damage, it is important that this is reported correctly to the carrier in the delivery note and to warn as well Danica within 24 hours via the contact form describing the issue.
Claims filed after 24 hours from delivery, cannot be accepted. Danica will not be responsible for any damage that may be caused from the delay or failure of delivery orders, especially loss of profits or any consequential damage or loss derived from delay or loss of production that, as a consequence of the delay, the Client may suffer.
